What it does

Approve, and the week is locked
Employees submit their week, managers approve or send it back. An approved week keeps the pay rates it was signed off at.
Overtime by your rules
Weekly overtime, daily overtime and double time, each switchable, with your own thresholds and the day your work week starts.
Fixing a punch leaves a trail
A manager can add a missed punch or move one, and has to give a reason. Employees can ask for a correction, and the request stays on the record.
Pay by position
One person can earn different rates for different positions, and a raise can start on a date. Hours are priced at the rate for the work done.
A payroll file that holds its shape
Export approved hours by pay period as CSV, with regular, overtime, breaks and tips in their own columns. Rounding to 5, 6 or 15 minutes keeps both the raw and the rounded time.
