What it does

Drag a shift, and it gets checked
Move a shift to another person or day and Shiftville checks it on the spot: a double booking, approved time off, someone's unavailable hours, a position they don't work, or the hour that tips them into overtime.
Publish when you're ready
Drafts are drawn striped until you publish. Publish the week, a few weeks, or one site at a time, and lock a published week so nobody edits it by accident.
Every change has a name on it
Each shift keeps a history of who changed what and when, field by field, so a disputed Saturday has an answer.
Templates and repeating shifts
Save a good week and load it again. Set a shift to repeat weekly or every other week, and see the dates before anything is written.
Fill open shifts in one click
Auto-fill offers each open shift to someone who can work it, ranked by fewest hours, lowest cost or your preferred people, and says why it picked each one.
Overnight shifts that cross midnight
A 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift is one shift, on the schedule, on the time clock and on the timesheet.

Shiftville is in early access. Tell us about your team.

We're opening it to a small number of workplaces first: restaurants, shops, clinics and other teams that work in shifts.
