What it does
- The cost of the week on screen
- As you add shifts, the week's wage bill updates, split into regular, overtime and double time for each person.
- Against a budget, or against sales
- Set a weekly budget, or type in projected sales and a labor target percentage. Shiftville shows how far over or under the schedule is.
- Planned next to actual
- Beside the scheduled cost sits what the time clock actually recorded for the same week, so you can see where the plan and the floor went apart.
- No free hours
- An open shift or someone with no pay rate is counted as hours with no price on them and labeled that way, never added as zero.
- By site and by position
- Cost broken down per location and per position, with overtime alerts before someone crosses the line.
