What it does
- Visible where you schedule
- Approved and pending time off shows on each person's row of the week. Approved time off blocks a shift, pending time off warns.
- Balances that add up
- PTO earned per month or per hour worked, with a cap and a carry-over limit. Employees can see the ledger behind their balance.
- Your own types and rules
- Vacation, sick, personal or anything you add, each paid, unpaid or either. Mark busy days where requests are refused, with the reason shown.
- Withdraw, decline with a reason
- An employee can pull back a pending request. A manager can decline with a note the employee actually sees.
